Ahimsa Organization for Nonviolence implemented the second dialogue session within the “Change Makers” project, with the participation of the teams responsible for implementing activities across different regions (Raqqa, Al-Hasakah, and Qamishli).
The session aimed to enhance the team’s readiness to carry out the second dialogue meeting for organizations and to ensure that the work proceeds in an organized and effective manner.
The session addressed several key topics, including:
- Reviewing the outcomes of the first day and evaluating the progress of preparations.
- Discussing documentation and archiving methods during session management to ensure proper preservation of outputs and activities.
- Strengthening the team’s skills in time management and activity organization during the meeting.
- Discussing potential challenges and difficulties during implementation and ways to address them.
- Discussing the mechanisms to be followed when conducting field visits.
The session provided a space for dialogue and coordination among team members and contributed to increasing their level of preparedness to manage dialogue meetings in an effective and organized way.
