Ahimsa Organization for Nonviolence implemented the first dialogue session within the “Change Makers” project, with the participation of the team responsible for implementing the organizations’ dialogue meetings across different areas (Raqqa, Hasakah, and Qamishli).
The session aimed to organize team workflows and equip the team with the skills needed to manage sessions in an effective and structured manner.
The session covered several key themes, including:
- Discussing the objectives and agenda of the first organizations’ dialogue meeting.
- Highlighting the role of the facilitator and co-facilitator during sessions.
- Clearly distributing team roles to ensure smooth workflow.
- Preparing for the session and organizing the required materials and activities.
- Discussing potential challenges the team may face while managing sessions and ways to address them.
The session provided a space for dialogue and coordination among team members and contributed to enhancing their readiness to ensure well-organized and effective session management.
