Ahimsa Nonviolence Organization conducted the eighth dialogue session titled “Decision-Making System and Work Strategy” as part of the activities of the “Ahimsa Nonviolence Network” project, with the participation of members of the Protection and Nonviolence Cell.
The session aimed to develop clear decision-making mechanisms within the cell and strengthen its ability to deal with disagreements, while also building a shared vision and identifying the goals and priorities that will guide its work during the coming phase.
The session focused on several key areas:
- Developing a draft decision-making system within the Protection and Nonviolence Cell.
- Discussing mechanisms for dealing with disagreements and identifying appropriate ways to manage and resolve them.
- Working on formulating a clear vision for the cell.
- Defining an overall strategic goal for the cell.
- Formulating a set of strategic objectives that contribute to achieving the cell’s vision.
- Identifying the priorities and areas of work that the cell will focus on.
- Working on an initial draft of the cell’s work strategy.
The session provided a space for interaction and the exchange of ideas on working and decision-making mechanisms, contributing to a shared understanding of the role of the Protection and Nonviolence Cell and its course of work.
The discussions also resulted in a set of outcomes and initial ideas that will contribute to developing working mechanisms and the decision-making system, strengthening the cell’s ability to work with greater clarity and organization, in line with the objectives of the Ahimsa Nonviolence Network.
