On the second day of field activities, Ahimsa team continued implementing support and recreational initiatives aimed at spreading a culture of nonviolence and promoting human values in shelters in the city of Al-Hasakah, in three centers ” Abi Dhar, Roken Academy, and Ahmad Hussein ” as part of the activities of the “Change Makers” project.
The activities included interactive and group games designed to strengthen the spirit of cooperation and mutual respect among children, in addition to distributing gifts and toys in a safe and supportive atmosphere that helps reduce psychological stress and bring joy to their hearts.
The program also focused on reinforcing nonviolence concepts by promoting values such as accepting others, choosing dialogue instead of conflict, and expressing emotions positively, contributing to building early awareness among children about the importance of resolving disputes through peaceful means.
This activity comes as a continuation of our mission to invest in childhood as the foundation for building a society that believes strength lies in respect, and that differences do not mean conflict, but rather an opportunity for understanding and shared growth.
