Ahimsa Organization organized the third interactive workshop, “Ahimsa Team Capacities,” over two days at the organization’s center in Al-Hasakah.

The workshop included:

  • An interactive “Life Line” activity, through which each participant identified their strengths and weaknesses over the past five years and reflected on the factors that made them stronger or weaker.
  • An Identity Exercise, allowing each team member to showcase their skills and abilities, demonstrating areas where they excel and can perform tasks proficiently.
  • Discussions on how to share experiences and skills within the group.
  • An interactive activity that emphasized the importance of relying on one’s own abilities and skills rather than depending entirely on external factors.
  • Documenting the knowledge present within each group, identifying ways to benefit from it, and assigning tasks to members capable of sharing that knowledge.

By the end of the sessions, the team had developed a list of knowledge needs that could be addressed through mutual knowledge exchange, strengthening the team as a unified entity and enriching the team’s knowledge-sharing space.
