On 1 September 2026<\/p>\n

Ahimsa Nonviolence & Peacebuilding Organization conducted the sixth dialogue session titled \u201cDecision-Making System and Work Strategy\u201d<\/strong> as part of the activities of the \u201cAhimsa Nonviolence Network\u201d<\/strong> project, with the participation of members of the Protection and Nonviolence Cell<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The session aimed to develop clear decision-making mechanisms within the cell and strengthen its ability to deal with disagreements, while also building a shared vision and identifying the goals and priorities that will guide its work during the coming phase.<\/p>\n

The session focused on several key areas:<\/p>\n

  1. Developing a draft decision-making system within the Protection and Nonviolence Cell.<\/li>\n
  2. Discussing mechanisms for dealing with disagreements and identifying appropriate ways to manage and resolve them.<\/li>\n
  3. Working on formulating a clear vision for the cell.<\/li>\n
  4. Defining an overall strategic goal for the cell.<\/li>\n
  5. Formulating a set of strategic objectives that contribute to achieving the cell\u2019s vision.<\/li>\n
  6. Identifying the priorities and areas of work that the cell will focus on.<\/li>\n
  7. Working on an initial draft of the cell\u2019s work strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The session provided a space for dialogue and collective reflection on working and decision-making mechanisms, contributing to a clearer understanding of the direction in which the Protection and Nonviolence Cell will work.<\/p>\n

    The session concluded with a set of initial outcomes that formed a basis for developing the cell\u2019s decision-making system and work strategy in line with the objectives of the Ahimsa Nonviolence Network.<\/strong><\/p>\n
