As part of the “The Photo Changed Me”<\/strong> activity, implemented as part of “The Photo Speaks”<\/strong> campaign within the Sada Project<\/strong>, participants documented scenes from their surroundings that reflected different forms of violence.<\/p>\n

They then shared how these images changed their perspective and helped them realize that violence can take many forms beyond physical abuse.<\/p>\n

In this poster, one participant shares their experience with environmental violence<\/strong> through a photograph they captured themselves, accompanied by an audio recording that can be accessed by scanning the attached QR code<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Participant’s Testimony<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Violence is not only about hitting or shouting <\/strong>When I took this photograph, it was more than just a snapshot <\/strong>It was a painful scene that made me realize that violence is not limited to physical or verbal abuse. <\/strong><\/p>\n

It can also be neglect that threatens the environment and silence that harms health and life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I now <\/strong>“<\/strong>see\u2026 I understand\u2026 and I feel.”<\/strong><\/p>\n
