within the \u201cChange Makers\u201d project, with the participation of the teams responsible for implementing activities across different regions (Raqqa, Al-Hasakah, and Qamishli).<\/p>\n<p>The session aimed to enhance the team\u2019s readiness to carry out the second dialogue meeting for organizations and to ensure that the work proceeds in an organized and effective manner.<\/p>\n<p>The session addressed several key topics, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing the outcomes of the first day and evaluating the progress of preparations.<\/li>\n<li>Discussing documentation and archiving methods during session management to ensure proper preservation of outputs and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening the team\u2019s skills in time management and activity organization during the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Discussing potential challenges and difficulties during implementation and ways to address them.<\/li>\n<li>Discussing the mechanisms to be followed when conducting field visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The session provided a space for dialogue and coordination among team members and contributed to increasing their level of preparedness to manage dialogue meetings in an effective and organized way.<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, the session represented an important step in strengthening the team\u2019s capacity to lead dialogue meetings and achieve the objectives of the
