Workshop on Campaign Design and Success Stories \u2013 \u201cMasar\u201d Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>August 31 \u2013 September 1, 2023<\/p>\n<p>Ahimsa Organization organized a two-day training workshop on campaign design and success stories at the organization\u2019s center in Al-Hasakah, with the participation of 12 trainees.<\/p>\n<p>The training covered a mix of theoretical and practical topics aimed at enabling participants to design effective and constructive campaigns that contribute to promoting a culture of nonviolence and peacebuilding.<\/p>\n<p>The topics covered during the training included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ice-breaking and participant introductions.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting and discussing key concepts and definitions related to campaign design through a presentation, including: campaign, project, strategic plan, and strategic goal.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing and discussing the areas where campaigns are implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Highlighting the qualities of campaign leaders (traits of initiators).<\/li>\n<li>Presenting the stages of campaign design.<\/li>\n<li>Working on problem trees and objective trees.<\/li>\n<li>Designing three campaigns and drafting their goals according to the stages and steps presented.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting the advocacy cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing success stories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By the end of the sessions, participants had developed initial drafts for several campaigns that could be further refined and implemented in the future.<\/p>\n<p>They gained practical skills in campaign design and success story formulation, marking a first step toward turning ideas into real initiatives that promote a culture of nonviolence and peacebuilding.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-3903 gallery-columns-4
