The trainers raised a series of thought-provoking questions that encouraged reflection and open discussion:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is the relationship between individual and collective identity?<\/li>\n<li>How do the concepts of \u201cI\u201d and \u201cWe\u201d intersect in our daily lives?<\/li>\n<li>Why do we often fail to express our identities through talents and art?<\/li>\n<li>How does violence impact identity?<\/li>\n<li>Exercise: The \u201cViolence Meter\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The session provided a safe and open space to discuss various behaviors and actions by assessing the degree of violence within them. This opened the door to a deeper dialogue about the nature and boundaries of violence.<\/p>\n<p>The trainer emphasized that:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cViolence, regardless of its justifications, can never be tolerated or legitimized under any pretext \u2014 even when the intentions seem noble.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Violence remains violence in all its forms.
